Dairy Free Pastry with a filling of Portobello, Chestnut and Button Mushrooms combined with Garlic Olive Oil, Chestnuts and Vegan White Wine then oven baked. Served with Roast Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables and a Red Wine Gravy
PORTOBELLO STEAKS
First we marinade the Portobello Mushrooms in a Smokey Red Wine Glaze then pan fry them and serve with Hassle-back Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and a Bérnaise Sauce
PULLED JACKFRUIT PORK
Oven Roasted Jackfruit served torn with a Cider Smoked Paprika Sauce. Accompanied by Roasted Beetroot, Red Cabbage & Apple and Roasted Baby Potatoes
