Pulled Jackfruit in a Hoisin Sauce served with Spring Onion Strips, Finely Sliced Cucumber, Sesame Seeds and Chinese Pancakes 
Accompanied by a Hoisin Dipping Sauce.

CAULIFLOWER BUFFALO WINGS

Deep Spiced Panko breaded bite size Cauliflower Florets. Baked to give a crunchy coating and a creamy Cauliflower centre. Served with a Cashew Nut based, Lemon Juice, Garlic and Plant Based Milk, Ranch Sauce

MEZZE CAKE (To Share 8 People)

Middle Eastern Flavours with layers of Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Roasted Aubergine, Courgette, Olive Tapenade, Rice, Roasted Peppers topped with Falafel. Oven Baked and served with Chilli Sauce, Hummus, Chilli Jam, a Green Salad and toasted Flat Bread

MUSHROOM WELLINGTON ROAST

Dairy Free Pastry with a filling of Portobello, Chestnut and Button Mushrooms combined with Garlic Olive Oil, Chestnuts and Vegan White Wine then oven baked. Served with Roast Potatoes, Roasted Root Vegetables and a Red Wine Gravy.

PORTOBELLO STEAKS

First we marinade the Portobello Mushrooms in a Smokey Red Wine Glaze then pan fry them and serve with Hassle-back Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables and a Béarnaise Sauce
