My main contact was with the incredible Lynn Hilditch and her team of culinary experts regarding catering over the weekend. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she delivered beautiful food on the night of our arrival including the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever eaten.
Lynn Returned to cook us a full English breakfast for 30 people on Friday morning then served a 5* three course meal for us all in the evening. The lamb shanks had been cooking slowly for about 5 hours and the meat just fell off the bone, delicious. Cannot praise them high enough
