I would like to record my families thanks and appreciation for the exceptional food and service you provided us with at Blencowe on Friday and Saturday last. During a long business career I have worked in France,for 12 years and in the U S and your standard of cooking stands comparison with what I have experienced in both those countries. The beef wellington which regularly disappoints was perfect.
