SEASONAL MENUS: The menus shown are a selection of sample seasonal menus, from Lynn Hilditch Catering, put together as a cost example and to give you an idea of the range of meals we provide. If you would like alternatives please speak to Lynn and she will confirm and price accordingly
MENU OF CHOICE: The ‘Menu of Choice’ selection is based on picking 2 Main Courses, 2 Desserts and 2 Starters per group. If a Vegetarian option is chosen then that counts as one of the choices unless agreed in advance with Lynn
AFTERNOON TEA: The Afternoon Tea menu is available as a ‘Drop Off’ Menu or can be served by us in your own home – Please discuss your requirements with Lynn
ALLERGIES ! We cannot be held responsible for illness or injury resulting from the non-disclosure of allergies/dietary requirements by the client
KITCHEN REQUIREMENTS: If Lynn and her team are coming to your home to serve then the kitchen which Lynn is going into must be clean and ready to use – They should not be expected to have to clean up before they start. This includes having clean crockery and cutlery and that there is adequate space in the fridge for food on arrival.
STAFF: Waiting on staff and / or bar staff as and when required, will be on site to clean and polish cutlery and glasses, set up the dining room to your seating plan, help Lynn clean up and wash up as the night goes on. The waiting staff do not served alcohol.
For up to 18 people Lynn will bring 1 member of staff
For over 18 people Lynn will bring two members of staff
STAFF PAYMENT: Please understand that payment is £40 per member of staff for anything up to a 4 hour period – Over 4 hours is to be paid extra. If you require us to provide Bar staff to serve your own alcohol then they are to be paid at £12 per hour per person
STAFF PAYMENT: Is in addition to your menu charge.
ALCOHOL: Any alcohol required must be supplied by the client Lynn Hilditch Catering does not supply alcohol.
