Amazing Weekend
Hi lynn Thank you so very much for the wonderful dinner you provided for us all on Saturday eve. It was top class. The lamb shank was indescribably great, perfectly slow cooked while everyone was amazed at the lightness of the chocolate mousse. The canapés were also much appreciated. We have recently just returned from a weekend at Melmerby Hall and Stag Cottage for my Mum’s 80th Birthday. We booked Melmerby for a small family wedding and it was the most amazing experience. All our meals were catered by Lynn Hilditch and her food was absolutely delicious and delighted our guests. Melmerby Hall – All our meals were catered by Lynn Hilditch and her food was absolutely delicious and delighted our guests. Lynn’s portions were so generous we had more leftovers than we could possibly eat up before it was time to leave.

We have booked Lynn Hilditch for the wedding breakfast and again nothing is to much trouble and we can design our own menu with different choices. Lynn even does a drop of service so you don’t have to do any cooking if you don’t want to! Melmerby Hall

Lynn Hilditch catered for us on two evenings during our stay at The Rowley Estates and we were hugely impressed by her excellent cooking, using fine local ingredients. Her team’s smooth professional service added to the relaxed experience that we all enjoyed.

On our first night  at Cazenovia Hall I arranged for the incredible Lynn Hilditch to bring us a Cumbrian High Tea as a surprise for my wife. It was fantastic.
